No, we have a group registration facility. You can upload a spreadsheet of names and have many delegates registered in minutes.

Yes, Please note your requirements on your registration. 

The conference will provide Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. Your registration will also include networking drinks on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. The Awards Dinner is an additional cost.

You can register them as your dinner guests when you complete the registration form online.

Yes, you will be notified how to download the app before the conference and this will have all the latest news, speaker info and agenda for the conference.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Chamber. Refunds will be given for cancellations made before or on the 30th September less a 10% handling charge. No refunds will be forwarded after 30th September however a substitute delegate is accepted upon prior written notice. All refunds will be forwarded after the conference.

Yes, special rates are available to conference delegates. Please navigate to the Hotels tab at the top of this page. Alternate local accommodation is also linked. 

The Gala Dinner is being held at The Star Event Centre. 80 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont.

Shuttle buses will depart from the International Convention Centre.

It is a 15 minute walk from the International Convention Centre to The Star Event Centre.
